Rising above my initial fear of mathematics, I sailed thru Engineering and served for over eight years in the IT, progressing through roles from Software Developer to Project Manager.
As I explored my penchant for outdoors, I immersed myself in backpacking trips, high-altitude treks, and took the lead in organizing DIY treks for my friends. The adrenaline rush of whitewater rafting in the turquoise Ganges of Rishikesh was a standout experience. These escapades fueled my decision to transition from Delhi to Rishikesh, a deliberate step toward residing closer to the heart of adventure.
I successfully completed Adventure Course from NIM, Uttarkashi in 2022. The course helped me learn about techniques involved in trekking, rock-climbing, camping, and river crossing.
In addition to excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. I've experience in organizing high altitude Himalayan treks, and conducting adventure tours in and around Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
Proficiency in mountaineering and its allied subjects, like Map reading, Navigation, Weather, Medicines, and Mountain Hygiene, with an expanding expertise in local flora-fauna and culture.
While ensuring each adventure is packed with excitement, I prioritize safety, accountability, and preparedness for my teams.
Embracing the spirit of scouting, I've consistently adhered to the 4 C's long before the LNT phenomenon gained widespread recognition, blending thrill with a steadfast commitment to responsible exploration.
Outside of work, I escape into the world of free-style poetry, relish quality time with my loved ones, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
I also contribute to the cause of sustainable mountaineering, actively engage in local volunteer initiatives to advance eco-friendly tourism practices.
